Job summary

Kodland is seeking remote tutors to teach game development, programming, web development and design to children aged 5–17. You will deliver engaging lessons using provided scripts, communicate progress, and report on student engagement while serving as an ambassador for Kodland.

Requirements include basic 3D knowledge and Blender proficiency, English at B1, and a willingness to work with kids aged 11+. A digital skills test will be sent after you apply; remote work requires your own setup.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic 3D principles (polygon modelling, topology, perspective, rendering, materials, collections).
• Ability to use 3D software: Blender, 3Ds MAX, Autodesk Maya (course uses Blender).
• English language proficiency at B1 level.
• Design background for harmonious, expressive environments is a plus.
• Willingness to communicate and have fun with children aged 11+.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Photopea, Figma and Canva.
• No teaching experience required; digital skills test will be sent after application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun and engaging lessons based on provided scripts and materials.
• Improve teaching skills with the help of Kodland mentors.
• Communicate feedback regarding lessons and content to the office team.
• Provide regular reports on student progress and track class engagement.
• Be a positive ambassador for Kodland.
• Implement creative ideas to stimulate and support students.
