Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking a Part-Time 1-on-1 Math Tutor to deliver online lessons for students in Grades 1-4, aligned with CCSS. This remote position supports project testing and curriculum development, with weekday evenings and weekend availability in US time zones. A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, with teaching experience or certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Math, Education, or related fields are preferred.
• Teaching experience or a valid teaching certificate is highly preferred.
• Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones).
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for students in Grades 1-4 across North America, aligned with the CCSS framework.
• Teach in English using interactive and student-centered methods to promote engagement and address questions in real time.
• Prepare lesson content based on individual student needs, ensuring well-structured and high-quality instruction.
• Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and continuous improvement.
