Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking an experienced Remodeling Technician / Construction Handyman to perform room renovations, repairs, and small improvement projects across our nursing home communities. You will professionally apply carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and related trades to enhance resident spaces.

The role requires the ability to manage projects from start to finish, handle materials and timelines, and travel between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in remodeling, construction, maintenance, or a similar role.
• Skilled in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs.
• Ability to manage time, materials, and multiple projects.
• Able to lift materials and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities.
