Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Service Technician to deliver high-quality remodeling services and rapid response to customers. You will perform field visits, diagnose issues, and complete repairs including showers, tubs and window work.

Applicants should have 2–5 years in remodeling, a valid driver's license, and strong safety and organizational skills. All tools provided; paid training and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in remodeling or construction.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Reads and follows safety procedures.
• Strong planning, negotiating, and organizing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits.
• Diagnose issues and determine proper solutions.
• Repair showers and tubs; fix plumbing leaks.
• Wrap windows; install doors; replace sashes and trim.
• Perform painting, staining, drywall work, and patches.
• Caulk and clean job sites; document service reports.
