West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant in Boston, MA to serve as the primary contact with customers, delivering the sales method to secure agreements for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors.

Leverage a rotating schedule, attend training, and guide buyers through a one-call close. Expect competitive base pay with uncapped commissions and a bonus program, with first-year earnings up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in a field environment.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Experience in sales or retail/customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Must have a smartphone to access required systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM or Tue–Fri/Sat in different weeks).
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sale process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.

Purpose Of Position

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:

• Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Weeks 3–4: Tues–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to do what you do best- selling!

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission
• Quarterly Net Sales Bonus Program
• Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+

Minimum Requirements

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
• CT Salesperson License
