Job summary

Walmart is seeking remodel associates in Napoleon, OH to support store remodeling projects. You’ll work with the fixture warehouse, dismantle and set up new fixtures and displays, and clean areas during remodels. You will also assist customers while maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27 per hour, with additional compensation from incentives and premiums depending on schedule and performance. This is a full-time, on-site position with overnight shifts.

Hourly Wage

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
