Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Remodel Associate at Walmart Supercenter #3103 in Goddard, KS. This temporary role supports the remodel process, assisting with fixtures, dismantling and setting up displays, and cleaning areas affected by remodeling.

You will also help customers and maintain a safe shopping environment, with shifts overnight and hourly pay starting at the minimum required wage, plus performance incentives and other benefits. Live Better U education and other perks are available.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Remodel associates are focused on assisting facilities through the remodel process, including working with the fixture warehouse, dismantling and setting up new fixtures and displays, and cleaning areas that have been remodelled. They also assist customers while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
