Job summary

Walmart in Aransas Pass, TX is seeking a remodel associate to support store remodel projects. You will work with the fixture warehouse, dismantle and set up new fixtures and displays, and help keep remodeled areas clean.

You will also assist customers and maintain a safe shopping environment, with hourly pay of $14–$27 per hour and additional performance incentives. This is a temporary, on-site role at Walmart Supercenter #458.

Responsibilities

• Assist facilities through the remodel process, including working with the fixture warehouse, dismantling and setting up new fixtures and displays.
• Clean areas that have been remodeled and ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Assist customers while maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
