Job summary

Dave Jones, LLC is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead field operations, supervise HVAC remodels and installs, and mentor technicians and apprentices. You will ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and on‑time project delivery while maintaining open communication with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC field, including supervisory experience.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and relevant codes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lift above 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of HVAC remodels and installs, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Lead a team of technicians and apprentices, providing hands‑on training and guidance to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Install new furnaces, air conditioners, remodel ductwork, coils, returns, etc.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery, maintaining an organized and efficient job site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote and uphold Dave Jones culture and safety requirements.

About The Position

As an HVAC Foreman at Dave Jones, you will take on a leadership role on the job site, overseeing HVAC installs within residential remodels, equipment installations, and some maintenance/service work. You’ll be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team, ensuring high‑quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining effective communication among team members and clients.

Compensation Details:

• $35 to $40 per hour + 1.5x OT
• PTO + Sick Days + Paid Holidays
• Company truck + fuel card

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and relevant codes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lift above 50 lbs regularly.
• Walking, lifting, twisting, climbing ladders, and other physical requirements consistently for 90% of your day.
