Job summary

Signature Retail Services is seeking a Full-Time Travel Fixture Installer to join our Regional Remodel Team. You will travel weekly to transform major retailers, install fixtures, and support store resets while collaborating with a professional remodel crew.

This hands-on role requires practical construction or merchandising experience, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, operate hand and power tools, and work overnight when needed. Company-paid travel, per diem, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance
• Ability to travel weekly throughout the assigned region and surrounding states
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team or independently
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and reporting
• Forklift or OSHA certification is a plus and training is provided
• Physically active role with lifting up to 50+ lbs and overnight travel

Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale retail remodels and store resets
• Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, cantilevers, shelving, pallet racking, and displays
• Support teardowns, rebuilds, and merchandising projects
• Set products, signage, and displays according to planograms
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts (training provided)
• Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards
• Work with teammates, project leaders, and store management to complete projects on schedule
• Complete in-store reporting using web-based handheld devices
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• All other job-related tasks as directed by management

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hr, based on experience

Join Signature Retail Services' Travel Remodel Team and help transform major home improvement retailers including Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ace Hardware. As a Travel Fixture Installer, you'll travel weekly, work alongside a professional remodel crew, and play a hands-on role in large-scale store remodels, fixture installations, department resets, and retail transformations.

What You'll Do

Position Requirements

• Ability to travel weekly throughout your assigned region and surrounding states (home most weekends)
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, tape measures, and box cutters
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team setting or working independently
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and in-store reporting
• Forklift or OSHA certification is a plus, but not required- training provided
• This is a physically active role that involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and remaining active throughout overnight shifts
• Regular lifting, moving, and handling of products, fixtures, and materials up to 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced remodel environments with overnight project schedules.

Travel Requirements

• 100% weekly travel throughout your assigned region and surrounding states
• Company-paid hotels and airfare (room sharing applies)
• Home most weekends
• Per diem provided during overnight travel
• Mileage and drive-time reimbursement
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.
