Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer - Remediation to join the Remediation & CCR Department. You will lead and support environmental remediation and coal ash closure projects, building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality technical work.

The role requires a PE license, CCR experience, and the ability to manage scope, cost, and schedule while adhering to AECOM's quality standards. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering with 6+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in at least one state.
• Experience with Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR).
• Valid U.S Driver's License and ability to pass MVR.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical advisor for the team on remediation projects.
• Provide input to studies and design for CCR/remediation.
• Develop procedures to enable high quality, cost-effective work.
• Participate in interdisciplinary reviews of deliverables.
• Develop construction cost estimates and project-level budgets.
• Ensure PS&E package components meet requirements.
