Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced remediation professionals to join our contractor network for residential and property repair projects. This independent 1099 role offers flexible scheduling and ongoing opportunities.

Ideal candidates will manage projects professionally, communicate clearly with residents and clients, and deliver quality workmanship from start to finish across a range of trades including remediation and restoration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of remediation, restoration, or related property repair experience.
• Active General Liability Insurance (COI) required.
• Strong understanding of remediation processes and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage active projects independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must own necessary tools and have dependable transportation.
• Comfortable using online portal systems for updates and communication.
• Must reside and operate within the United States.

• Develop remediation or repair plans based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, residents, homeowners, and clients as needed.
• Schedule and oversee crews or subcontractors when applicable.

Key Responsibilities
