We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.**That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?****Responsibilities of the Job (Or Better Known as, Your Next Destination)**This role works with field remarketers and auction officials to liquidate and maximize the return on Bridgecrest/DriveTime vehicles. * Accurately track vehicles throughout the auction process and ensure accurate documentation in internal systems including status changes and vehicle records.* Maintain auction inventory at acceptable company levels by reviewing inventory reports, balancing inventory flow in partnership with transport and sales teams and ensuring aged inventory is addressed promptly* Ensure vehicles are properly staged and accounted for and monitor vehicle movement to ensure that all vehicles are accounted for throughout the auction process.* Work collaboratively with internal departments on remarketing titles, regulatory letters and ancillary products.* Review auction invoices for accuracy and ensure all charges align with company agreements, follow up on outstanding payments and resolve invoicing discrepancies in partnership with internal finance teams and auction houses.* Maintain open communication with sales, transport, and finance teams to ensure smooth remarketing operations.* Serve as primary contact for external resources including police departments, dealerships and DMVs.* Other duties as assigned **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (The Good Stuff)*** Clear, concise, and professional written and oral communications and interpersonal skills* Strong organizational skills, and ability to maintain a consistent and positive demeanor in a fast-paced work environment* Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task to ensure the achievement of assigned performance objectives* Research state and county guidelines and policies about title inquiries* Ability to prioritize and multi-task to ensure the achievement of assigned performance objectives.* Ability to effectively apply professional acumen to favorably resolve issues escalated from internal and external customers* Ability to drive departmental compliance with all regulatory requirements* Self-motivated with strong decision-making capabilities; ability to self-start* Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented, and highly productive manner* Demonstrate problem solver skills, and ability to utilize available resources* Regular and predictable attendance **Requirements (a.k.a.
