Job summary

Themesoft Inc is seeking an experienced Architect to lead enterprise-scale Reltio MDM initiatives in the United States. You will design data models, hierarchies, match/merge rules, survivorship and reference data structures, and drive end-to-end MDM design, deployment, and optimization.

Your Role:

• Architect and implement enterprise-scale Reltio MDM solutions.
• Design data models, hierarchies, match/merge, survivorship, and reference data structures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Management and Enterprise Architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on Reltio implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Reltio Data Modeling, Match & Merge Configuration, Survivorship Rules, Reference Data Management, Hierarchy Management, and Reltio APIs & Integration Hub (RIH).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality principles.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Manufacturing industries.
• Good understanding of SAP MDG.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
