Job summary

Staffing Network LLC in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking an Injection Molding Process Engineer to provide technical expertise in support of existing operations and new product development, establishing and maintaining molding processes, tooling, and qualification activities.

You will drive process development, capacity planning, and cost reductions, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and lead validation and documentation in line with FDA/ISO and customer standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related work experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• BS degree in engineering or related field (plastics, mechanical, manufacturing, or materials preferred).
• Experience specifying and procuring Injection Molding Tooling, Molding Machines, and Auxiliary Equipment.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish project timelines and drive timely completion of projects.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal resources professionally.
• Define and manage scope, time, budget, and resources of projects.
• Coordinate DFM with engineers, vendors, customers, and project teams.
• Lead validation to launch new products and molds, with documentation per standards.
• Manage molding validation plans, protocols, reports, and metrology coordination.
• Submit and approve change orders for new or revised processes.
• Train production personnel on new and revised processes.
• Create technical documents such as protocols and reports.
