Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in leasing or property management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of leasing, property management or related experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lease extensions with adjusters, landlords, and policyholders.
• Monitor upcoming lease expirations to prevent service interruptions and ensure housing continuity.
• Resolve in-stay service requests and coordinate with vendors.
• Document all communications and actions in internal systems with accuracy.
• Maintain client ledgers for billing accuracy and track extension costs within guidelines.
• Manage move-out coordination including vendor pickups and security deposit reconciliation.
