Job summary

ISPA Technology, LLC is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to support secure system implementations in Panama City Beach, FL. The role emphasizes RMF, DoD standards, and ATO readiness, with hands-on use of Nessus, Wireshark, SCC, and SIEM tools.

You will collaborate across IT teams to ensure secure architecture, maintain RMF documentation, and support compliance audits in a fast-paced government-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of NIST RMF and DoD STIGs.
• Experience developing RMF packages, conducting security assessments, and achieving ATO.
• Hands-on experience with Nessus, Wireshark, SCC, and SIEM platforms.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• DoD 8570 compliant certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CEH).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies aligned with NIST RMF and DoD standards.
• Lead the creation and management of RMF packages to support system authorization efforts.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and risk analyses.
• Support ATO processes and continuous monitoring activities.
• Apply and validate compliance with DoD STIGs and other directives.
• Utilize tools such as Nessus, Wireshark, SCC, and SIEM platforms to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure secure system design.
• Maintain documentation and support audits and inspections.
