Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring nutritional intake.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship; maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and infection-control policies.
