Epic, based near Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Breakfast Baker to join our state-of-the-art bakery. This full-time role involves early start hours (5am-8am), baking cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts, with opportunities to learn from experienced pastry teams and support catered events.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination

Responsibilities

• Bake desserts like cookies, cakes, and pies in a high-volume facility.
• Create and trial new dessert recipes and maintain quality.
• Support catering events and collaborate with a team of culinary professionals.
