Join Morrison Healthcare as an Assistant Chef Manager at Covenant Health in Hobbs, NM. This is a full-time, mid-senior level management position with a salary range of $65,000-$67,000 plus relocation assistance.

Job Summary:

This role offers a great opportunity to join a growing company. You will be responsible for the success of both culinary and food service operations, including inventory management, menu development, and ensuring quality and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Maintain P&L accountability and oversee contract-managed services
  • Develop menus, control costs, and source local food products
  • Promote sustainability practices
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of HACCP and ServSafe certification is a plus
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience in a contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, food costs, and presentation
  • Experience with exposition cooking is preferred
