Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our DVM team and provide support across busy Primary Care, Emergency, and Specialty services. Relief shifts are available in our Primary Care or Emergency departments, with 12-hour day relief shifts.

Lodging compensation is available for back-to-back coverage. We value empathy, confidence, and humility in delivering compassionate care to pets and their families.

Qualifications

  • Licensed DVM with ability to provide care in primary care and emergency settings.
  • Strong clinical judgment and compassion.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a busy schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Support primary care, emergency, and specialty services.
  • Provide high-quality medical care in relief shifts.
  • Work in 12-hour shift lengths when on day relief.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our DVM team and provide support to our busy Primary Care, Emergency, and Specialty services at our Animal Hospital. Relief shifts available in our Primary Care or Emergency departments. Day relief shifts available in 12 hour shift lengths. For back to back shift coverage lodging compensation is available. In this relief position you'll use your superior medical judgment combined with a high level of empathy, confidence and humility to build a loyal client base and heal pets.
