Dothan Animal Hospital is seeking a Relief Veterinarian to cover shifts and support our general practice team. The role welcomes experienced vets, new graduates, or those exploring relief work, with a variety of shifts to fit different schedules.

The ideal candidate can multitask in a fast-paced clinic, maintains a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude, and delivers high-quality medicine and excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
• Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be working

Responsibilities

• Veterinarian’s role in the Clinic is a position of leadership, trust, and respect and shall conduct themselves accordingly
• Promote the human-animal bond through exceptional client experience
• Manage multiple patients and varying priorities within allotted timeframes
