Job summary

VCA South County Animal Hospital in California is seeking a part-time Relief Veterinarian to join a team of three doctors and supportive staff. You’ll provide high-quality medical care across preventive wellness, dentistry, surgery, radiology, and diagnostic services in a modern facility.

The position offers mentorship for new graduates and opportunities to collaborate in a vet-led practice that emphasizes compassionate client care, continuous learning, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
• Licensure in good standing to practice in California, or the ability to obtain
• A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
