Job summary

VCA is seeking a compassionate veterinary team member to support our Doctors and Technicians by creating a calm, low-stress environment for clients and patients.

This role involves maintaining medical records, preparing surgical suites, filling prescriptions, and performing lab work and diagnostic imaging while delivering exceptional patient care and support to boarded and hospitalized pets. Growth opportunities and continuing education are highlighted.

Job description

The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care-with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen. In this position you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients.

• Maintaining medical records.
• Preparing surgical suite and surgical patients.

• Providing compassionate care and a home away from home for boarded and hospitalized pets.
