Reyes Holdings, including Reyes Beverage Group, is seeking a field-based Relief Sales Associate to service on-premise accounts across the East Bay area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa). The role requires taking orders, managing inventory, and supporting merchandising efforts with company systems.

Starting at $26.00 per hour with overtime, the position includes a monthly car and mileage reimbursement, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision), and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 0–2 years of related experience.
• Must have reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and insurance.
• Must be 21+ years old or legal age per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct relief sales for the sales department based on open route needs.
• Take inventory and input customer orders with accuracy using company technology.
• Maintain proper inventories and product freshness in all assigned accounts.
• Support merchandising by stocking products and ensuring proper rotation to maintain freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Shift:Full-time with a 5:00am - 6:00am start time
• Schedule:Five days per week: Monday-Friday

Position Responsibilities:

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
• Requires reliable automobile transportation, maintaining an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license, and maintaining auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• Must be 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements
