Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Georgetown, Kentucky is hiring a Relief Operator to replace Production Operators or Material Handlers during breaks and absences, and to assist with all production tasks to maintain smooth flow.

You will support material movement, color changes, scrap removal, and regrind flow while upholding safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Relieve Production Operators or Material Handlers for breaks or absences.
• Assist Material Handler with material movement, stock supplies and scrap removal.
• Assist with color changes as needed.
• Maintain regrind flow and proper percentages.
• Complete forklift checklists daily and operate forklift when required.
• Support other projects and lead offline builds as needed.
• Work safely with PPE and follow CI, 5S and STW practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
