Job Description

Are you a night owl who enjoys working in a quiet and serene environment? Staybridge Suites Empire Mall is currently seeking a Relief Night Auditor to join our team. The Relief Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring the safety and security of our guests, and providing exceptional customer service during the overnight hours. The shifts available are Sunday and Monday evenings from 10:30 p.m to 6:30 a.m

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing nightly audit procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions
• Monitoring the hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and property
• Greeting guests and assisting with check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Handling any guest inquiries or concerns that may arise during the night
• Preparing and distributing reports to management summarizing nightly activities

Qualifications:
