The Opportunity Alliance is seeking Relief (per diem) Mental Health Direct Care Professionals to join the Ray House residential program in South Portland, ME. This role provides direct services in a trauma-informed setting, supporting adults with mental illness through counseling and milieu management.

Shifts include day, evening, and overnight; per diem means hours are not guaranteed. A High School Diploma is required, MHRT1 certification must be obtained within 1 year, and background checks

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent required; MHRT1 certification pursued within 12 months.
• Ability to provide direct support and counseling in a residential setting.
• Must be able to pass background checks and maintain safety in a trauma-informed program.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct services in residential group care or transitional living.
• Offer personal support and supportive counseling to residents.
• Identify needs related to physical and mental wellbeing and assist with daily living tasks.
• Maintain clean and organized facility and complete documentation.
• Attend weekly or bi-weekly program staff meetings and participate in required trainings.
