Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store
• Staffing the store with service-oriented associates
• Performing customer sales and service
• Directing sales and cashier associates
• Training newly hired associates
• Merchandising and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Handling customer inquiries via telephone
• Setting promotional signage and other duties as assigned
• Enforcing company policies
• Learning and providing product descriptions
• Proposing add-on sales
• Checking and retrieving merchandise from storage
• Organizing, restocking, and cleaning merchandise on the sales floor
• Managing inventory control and loss prevention policies

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School diploma, GED, equivalency, or relevant experience
• Basic organizational and math skills

Pay Scale

$18.15 - $21.90/hour, depending on store location.
