Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a Relief Kitchen Helper to support residents’ dining experiences. You will prepare, stock, and maintain a fresh salad bar, assist in the dining room, and help keep cookware and equipment clean.

No culinary experience is required; you must be at least 18 years old and be available for Fri/Sat and Sun/Mon shifts. You may need to obtain food handler permits within two weeks. Competitive pay and full-time benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work Friday & Saturday 7:00 am–2:30 pm and Sunday & Monday 11:00 am–7:30 pm.
• Read, speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine: load, run, unload, report issues and monitor water temperatures.
• Wash, store and handle all tableware and kitchenware; keep dish room clean and stocked.
• Buss tables, fill water carafes, prepare tables before meals, and deliver room-service orders.
• Safely use ovens, steamers, grills and small kitchen tools.
• Address food comments or complaints and report concerns to leadership.
• Perform support tasks including trash removal.
