Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in the United States is seeking Relief Youth Advocates for its Juvenile Justice (JJ) program, which provides residential services for youth ages 13 to 21 who are court-involved and require placement. The role supports highly structured interventions designed to promote safety, growth, and positive outcomes within a caring, trauma-informed framework.

• Experience applying Positive Youth Development and trauma-informed care.
• Ability to promote inclusive, welcoming environment.
• Mentor youth development and goals.
• Ability to implement safe program activities.
