Job summary

Purity Dairies is seeking a Class A Driver for our Clarksville Branch to safely operate a tractor-trailer and unload/deliver dairy products on an assigned route. Ideal candidates are dependable, customer-friendly, and able to maintain strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• English literacy sufficient to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid CDL-A with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently.
• Unload/deliver dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route.
• Build relationships with customers through a positive, friendly attitude and meet their needs.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays as required.

Purity Dairy has an immediate job opening for dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year related experience preferred
• Valid Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
