Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Framingham, MA seeks a Relief Counselor to support adults with brain injuries in residential programs. You will assist with daily living activities, safety, and community integration.

The role requires a MA driver’s license; Medication Administration certification is preferred; ability to drive a residence vehicle and work varied shifts are expected.

| Eliot is seeking a Relief Counselor to work with adults with Brain Injuries. Our Brain Injury residential programs provide high-quality, innovative programming that help adults with brain injuries enhance their lives, develop skills, and engage in community activities while building supportive relationships. |
| Responsibilities: Assist clients with tasks of daily living to include personal care, meals and ambulation Ensure a safe living environment, providing interventions and assistance to maintain safety Support clients in integrating into their communities by utilizing community resources, encouraging memberships, and personal relationships Assist clients with medical and physical needs Help clients participate in activities, attend medical appointments, and maintain meaningful family and community connections |
