Kaiser Permanente in San Diego, CA is seeking a Relief Charge - Specialty Unit Staff RN for the Hospital's Transitional Care Unit (DOU). You will lead the care team, apply nursing processes, and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, documenting accurately, and maintaining safety standards while collaborating with physicians and staff across the unit.

Formación

• 1-year recent (within 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a Critical Care, DOU or SDU setting, or KP course completion.
• Registered Nurse License (California).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association.

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Lead and coordinate the healthcare team; delegate tasks and ensure accountability.
• Ensure patient safety, medication administration, and discharge planning.
