Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a dependable Relief CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate in Winona, MN. The role blends warehouse tasks with occasional CDL driving on routes, primarily in the warehouse with occasional deliveries.

You will stock, pick, pack, load/unload, and ensure inventory accuracy while providing excellent customer service on driving assignments. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-B license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment and delivery.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with general warehouse and operational needs as assigned.
• Provide route coverage when regular drivers are unavailable.
• Load trucks and organize route paperwork before departure.
• Deliver products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Unload product using carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
