Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and a High School Diploma.
• 2 years of experience with children or in developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the 2nd shift and provide leadership to the home team.
• Maintain adequate staff/resident ratios and coordinate call-ins as needed.
• Provide supervision, direction, and leadership to staff on the shift.
• Perform Health Care Technician duties as needed.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment for residents and staff.
• Verify active treatment goals are implemented and records kept up to date.
