Job summary

J.H. Larson is seeking a Warehouse/Backup Driver for our Hudson, WI branch. You will pick, fill, and pack orders, load and unload materials, and deliver to customers as needed to ensure on-time shipments.

We value reliability, problem-solving, and teamwork. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1+ year warehouse experience and a valid US driver’s license. Power equipment experience (forklift, RF scanner) is preferred. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of warehouse experience with power equipment preferred.
• Valid US Driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, fill, and pack orders on time to ensure prompt deliveries.
• Load and unload materials and trucks.
• Safely use power equipment to fulfill orders and stock shelves.
• Maintain organized warehouse and dispose of packing materials properly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and document stock movements.
• Deliver products to customers in the absence of a full-time driver.
