Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B) and high school diploma preferred.
• Must qualify as not prohibited in FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Proficient in English; clean CSA/MVR; no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Strong safety knowledge and ability to follow supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Timing: Ensure safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites.
• Discharge Management: Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions.

• Truck Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the truck.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service and maintain a professional image for the company.
• Team Coordination: Work with dispatch and team members for efficient operations.
