Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a reliable ready-mix truck driver to deliver concrete products to customer job sites in Alabama. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, operate truck-mounted equipment, and prioritize on-time, accurate deliveries.

This role requires a valid CDL, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with customers and crews.

Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
Commitment to safety, reliability and responsible vehicle operation.
Ability to perform equipment inspections and complete required documentation accurately.
Strong customer service and communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customer job sites.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
Provide excellent customer service while ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
Operate truck-mounted equipment to load, unload, and deliver materials safely.
Follow all company, DOT, and safety regulations while maintaining quality standards.
