Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Ready Mix Truck Driver to operate safely in yards and at job sites, delivering concrete to commercial and residential areas. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, ensure mix accuracy, and stay DOT compliant while updating the electronic tracking system.

The role requires a CDL and a Medical Card per DOT standards, with potential for growth within a large, safety-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain CDL Class A or Class B.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain Medical Card as per DOT.

Responsibilities

• Operates ready mix trucks safely and professionally in yard, on highways, and at job sites.
• Performs pre and post-trip truck inspections.
• Verifies mix specifications after loading and at job site.
• Aligns mixer drum under disbursement chute to receive product.
• Drives truck to loading/unloading locations and pours concrete accurately.
• Cleans truck after deliveries to prevent hardening of concrete.
• Entrusts trucking activities into electronic tracking system and ensures DOT compliance.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
