Job summary

AcoustiEngineering is seeking a Warehouse Driver (Non-CDL) in Raleigh, NC to ensure safe and timely delivery of materials to job sites while maintaining warehouse organization and compliance with DOT regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring reliability, safe driving practices, and strong coordination skills to support field operations and improve jobsite efficiency. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and DOT Medical Card.
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience.
• Safe driving record.
• Experience in a warehousing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on foot for 8 hours/day.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain DOT and Acousti truck logs.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and load/unload materials at jobsites.
• Maintain a safe work environment and proper PPE usage.
• Communicate delivery delays or issues with management.
• Load, unload, and wrap stock on pallets.
• Build loads using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist with daily delivery coordination.
• Count and verify inventory; support product rotation and downstacking.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and fleet safety standards.
