Job summary

BrightKey is seeking an experienced Mail Courier/Driver in Long Island City, NY to ensure timely delivery of mail and packages. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, with Mon-Fri first shift 6:30am-3:00pm.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver; mail delivery a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry mail and packages up to 50 pounds.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver mail and packages to assigned locations.
• Sort and organize mail for efficient delivery.
• Plan the most efficient routes for deliveries.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of mail.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Log deliveries and vehicle maintenance in basic systems.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies.
