Responsibilities

• Provide clients with high-quality service through effective communication and reliable pickup of specimens and delivery of reports and supplies.
• Operate company vehicle with daily inspections and safe driving practices per Smith System guidelines.
• Utilize mobile data terminal to record routine and will-call stops, specimen counts, and types, and report route information.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch about service-related issues and assist in training new couriers on routes.
