The role involves sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation, waste handling, window cleaning, and assisting with events or meetings. A High school diploma is preferred, with prior cleaning experience a plus; independence and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, refill supplies, maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash and recycling per policy.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings or events.
• Follow all safety procedures and company cleaning protocols.
