Job summary

We are a family in Washington, DC seeking a reliable person to help with our 2-bedroom apartment and afternoon routine. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, laundry, and preparing snacks or meals for the family.

Duties also include picking up our 3-year-old daughter from daycare (about a 10-minute walk) and preparing a simple family dinner. Schedule is Monday to Thursday, afternoons (roughly 3pm–6pm); hours are to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Experience with housekeeping and caring for young children.
• References preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular cleaning: bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming/mopping, and tidying.
• Change bed sheets and do laundry, including washing, drying, and folding.
