Belmont Village Senior Living in California is looking for a Dining Room Server to provide attentive, personalized service at our on-site restaurant within the Assisted Living community. You will take orders, serve meals, and support special events while upholding dining etiquette and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate with team.
• Willingness to learn in a hands-on hospitality role.
• Previous restaurant server experience is preferred.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal
