Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must be able to demonstrate area knowledge.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials per FMCSA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Operates company vehicles and provides courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages.
• Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx service features.
• Provides coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
• Provides related customer service functions.
