Job summary

Indeed Flex is seeking reliable, experienced Cleaners for a full-time role in Braintree. DBS Enhanced (free of charge) is required for this position, and you must arrange reliable transport to and from work as there are no public transport links near CM7.

You will maintain cleanliness across bedrooms, offices, and communal areas, perform laundry duties, and follow COSHH and health-and-safety procedures to keep all spaces hygienic and safe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working as a Cleaner.
• Must be 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be willing to complete a DBS Enhanced (free of charge).
• Team player.
• Great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in bedrooms, offices, communal areas, corridors, reception areas and shared lounges.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, showers, sinks and kitchen surfaces, ensuring supplies are replenished.
• Carry out laundry duties, including washing, drying and ironing linen, towels and clothing.
• Safely use, store and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with COSHH and health and safety procedures.
• Dispose of waste, clean spills promptly and ensure all areas are tidy, hygienic and safe.
