Job summary

Marki Microwave seeks a Reliability Technician 2 to ensure product quality and reliability per our management guidelines. The role supports production staff, tests components, and analyzes data to maintain standards.

The technician reports to the Reliability Manager and works closely with Engineering and QA. The position requires experience in reliability testing and data interpretation, with preference for a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in electronic inspection or technician role.
• Experience with reliability testing and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and test plans to guide assembly.
• Perform reliability testing (temperature cycling, burn-in).
• Analyze reliability data to maintain product quality.
• Operate and maintain reliability test equipment.
• Prepare data packs and support customer source inspections.
• Record SPC data and generate reports.
• Train junior technicians as needed.
• Ensure compliance with QA and engineering guidance.
