Job summary

Centillion Infotech LLC is seeking a Reliability & Maintainability Engineer to join our Everett, WA team. You will drive engineering excellence by ensuring systems meet high reliability, availability, and maintainability standards.

You will collaborate with design, systems, and test teams to integrate R&M requirements across the lifecycle, perform FMEA/FTA analyses, and support growth programs with field data and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of reliability engineering experience in aerospace/defense or complex systems environments.
• Proficiency with FMEA, FTA, and reliability modeling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute R&M plans, analyses, and strategies for complex systems and products.
• Perform FMEA, FTA, and other reliability modeling techniques.
• Conduct reliability predictions, life cycle cost analysis, and maintainability assessments.
• Collaborate with design, systems, and test teams to integrate R&M requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Support reliability growth programs with field failure data and corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports and reliability metrics for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with MIL-HDBK-217, MIL-STD-756 and related standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) plans, analyses, and strategies for complex systems and products
• Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and other reliability modeling techniques
• Conduct reliability predictions, life cycle cost analysis, and maintainability assessments
• Collaborate with design, systems, and test engineering teams to integrate R&M requirements throughout the product lifecycle
• Support reliability growth programs, including tracking and analyzing field failure data and corrective action implementation
• Prepare and present technical reports, reliability metrics, and status updates to program stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable reliability standards such as MIL-HDBK-217, MIL-STD-756, and related specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience in Reliability & Maintainability engineering in aerospace, defense, or complex systems environments
• Proficiency in reliability analysis tools such as Relex, ITEM Toolkit, or similar software
• Strong knowledge of FMEA, FTA, RCM, and reliability prediction methodologies
• Familiarity with MIL-HDBK, MIL-STD, and other industry reliability standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required
